How do I care for my jewelry?
Use a dry soft cloth, gently rub. Once cleaned it must be kept dry and properly stored.

How often should I get my jewelry cleaned?
It should be cleaned and checked every few months.

Can my necklace be lengthened or shortened?
Unfortunately no, every piece comes in a standard size but a few of them are adjustable through the holder.

Can my jewelry be repaired?

SHIPPING 

What shipping options are available?
Within Australia we only offer free EXPRESS shipping. International orders are paid by the customer and the order's price varies depending on the location. Every order is shipped the fallowing day of the purchased day.

Can I make returns or exchanges?
No, we only accept returns if the Jewelry has been dispatch from us with damage. For more information about returns or replacements please check our Legal page.

Can I track my online order?
Yes, a shipping notification with tracking details will be sent via email after your order has shipped.

Can I ship my order to an international location?
Yes, the shipping freight is assumed by the customer and this is included in the final price of the product. The freight prices and times varies depending on the location.

Will I have to pay any VAT/GST taxes or duties?
International shipments may be subject to customs/imports and VAT/GST fees which are the buyer’s responsibility.

What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not happy with your selection for any reason, you have 30 days to receive a full refund. For more information please refer to our refund policy.
